i've only played twice online but they were both perfect. i had to choose the option that searched for an opponent regardless of their connection speed though because it said mine wasn't very strong (it's a 2mb connection) when i picked only search for people with strong connections.

After seeing the PES thing and the fact that it's now got MarioKart I'm considering making this my first latest gen console. Can you get a wireless adaptor for the network thing? Is it a pay thing like xBox live?

It's got wireless built in. and most of the games are free online but i think they're introducing pay for play for nintendo games

Played Mario Kart today. It's deadly. A little slower than previous versions but the wheel is brilliant. Not too bad to play without the wheel either.

I bought Mario Kart earlier and we've spent almost the entire day playing it.I'm not too down with the wheel so I'm playing with the wii classic controller..It's still deadly though..
