Lack Of Fitness/Aches And Pains/Fitness Thread (1 Viewer)

Just went for a run with my dad. I'd consider myself pretty fit but he's 59 and he's still a better runner than anyone I know. Was dyin after!
 
I'm getting myself back in shape..gently gently catchy monkey.

I went for a run on Monday but couldnt managed it cos I'm too fat and geriatric currently...
So..I commenced with hiking on Tuesday..up to 10 k yesterday..could barely stand up last night but that was ok cos I was sitting down.
Another week of hiking and I'll be running again no worries.
Today is a rest day.Blisters on my feet.But you need rest days

there is a personal trainer I know posting on facebook all the time. he's legit. he often says that it takes about 36 hours for the body to process a workout, and working out daily is counterproductive long term.
