Pretty sure I seen a statement online saying she's the only contender but can't find it now. Did find this.

"Only TDs are eligible to contest for the leadership of the party. Other potential contenders, such as Duncan Smith and Aodhán Ó Ríordáin, ruled themselves out of the running for the position shortly after Mr Kelly announced he was stepping down."

The labour leader in ireland is the Taoiseach of any party regardless of political persuasion.

They feel totally moribund at this point.. badly in need of an infusion of youth but if you're a young leftie why would you bother with Labour? I like Bacik from what I know of her and she's less objectionable than Kelly in a lot of ways but a bit too easy to portray her as an out of touch champagne socialist type.

On the vacant Seanad seat, Hazel Chu canvassed my parents a few days ago, so there's one option if you're able to vote in it (I'm not).
