I wouldn't go anywhere near a used 360. Could be modded, refurbished or near death. I've no idea of prices of the 360 though, sorry!

In general HMV are cheapest for games, so I assume it would be the same for consoles.

I think thats about what I paid to upgrade the PS3.

I'll be sticking with my old reliable 360 (repaired just the one time!), the only reason I upgraded the PS3 was due to the stupidly loud fan in the old one.
