looking at buying a vox t-25 or, if i'm able to lift it, t-60 bass amp.

if anyone out there has anything sensible to say about either of these i would appreciate it. cheers.

Tried it once: it's a good amp but what do you buy it for? If you need it just to study at home then 25W will do but if you want to use it to rehearse or play live 60W aren't enough, you need AT LEAST 100...

However the T-25 is on sale for a miserable € 205.00 at www.thomann.de

Saw a vox bass combo in the buy and sell yesterday for E250. The ad said it was a 70's model similar to an AC-30 [sweet guitar amp].

Might be worth checking as it would be a valve model and should sound *sweeeeet*.
