Vinyl (2 Viewers)

The new Mission of Burma has the free download with the vinyl.
I probably dislike cd's as much as anyone on here, and as much as I love that phrase "real fans buy it,real bands release it" in relation to vinyl,I can't imagine not being able to listen to cd's/tapes or mp3. They all have a place, and ultimately,a real music fan should have access to them all.
Vinyl is still,obviously, best.

me and me mot bought shit loads of records today
17 lps between us or something (and 2 7 inches, jan hammer and japan)
a good feeling!

nothing major, i'm sure you have it

Budgie. who cares? I mean really (apparently it's the first budgie album).

Do you want to hear what I got? No? Ok

meatloaf- bat out of hell
Ike and Tina- some weird french pressing of a compilation
crass- best before
crass- penis envy
Elton- goodbye yellow brick road
chicago soul- souljazz comp
The Band- The Band
De Dannan- Star Spangled Molly
Nik Kershaw- Human Racing (again)

It was a gooood day

i got
cheap trick - st
devo - are we not men... (and slowly the conversion of things i have on cd to vinyl begins)
and celtic frost - cold lake on friday too

all of these were cheap too. relatively.

sloan - we were considering giving up booze and fags and subscribing to the gary process of buying albums
(it won't happen though)

I reckon Andy got the better haul. Sorry.
First budgie lp is incredible. I have all the good ones already, and one or two of the bad ones. Worth it for the covers and song titles alone, and then the riffs.

I'm alwaysreplacing cd's when I find vinyl copies.

I kneel in the shadow of your greatness.

Show me how you do it.

I bought a ship's worth of vinyl off kill rock stars last night. They really are good value.
