Hi, I just seen you in a post about port forwarding on the horizon box, My downloads are well over 5 - 10mb/s one minute using Utorrent and then the next are back down to 9kb/second with plenty of people seeding. I am wondering if it is to do with port forwarding. My old router was fine and had no download problems with it. Hope you can help me out thanks!

  It was pretty common for me to get bursts of data transfer but mostly trickles, but I'm on a couple of private trackers so that could be lack of demand for the seed more than port forwarding issues.

  I'm actually no longer with UPC/Virgin but my transfers are largely the same - occasional bursts of demand but mostly kilobytes here and there.

  Well I tried torrents such as Ubuntu and stuff that would usually have endless seeds and still only getting 2kb/s even though there are over 6000 seeds and 2000 peers. I might contact them about using my old router and just having TV from the box. Thanks :)
