I was watching A Country Practice last week and Donald Fisher (Norman Coburn) made an appearance.

He played a tetchy bank teller with insomnia. As Dr Bowen was delaying in prescribing him medicine he flipped out and threatened Shirley Dean with a sharp pointed object.
