I'd be quite happy to see this thread eventually concentrate on pictures of dogs with cones on their heads.

has anyone designed a lamp that resembles this?

True story: my dog once attacked Gay Byrne. I think he'd been watching the Late Late Show with my mother the previous night, and he saw his chance when Gaybo had the sheer fucking gall to walk past HIS driveway.

I'm working on it. Main obstacle is that, if it's a hanging light fixture, the electrical cord kinda has to come out of the dog's ass for balance reasons.

Not everyone sees this as a problem, mind you.

Thanks! There's also the option of having it as a table lamp with an atmospheric dimmer, with the doggy in a seated, 'paws-up' position, and the doggy cone allowing the light to be pleasantly diffused upward, filling the corner of your sitting room with soft, relaxing, upward-facing light.

I would also like it if the lamp would be constantly barking, yelping, and shitting.

I like that we're 'reading from the same puppy porno'. In the design I just drew for the table lamp (which I will post later), the tail is just the tail (it wags while the light is on), while the retractable cord is actually coming out his front bottom, and is shocking pink. You just rub it up and down your leg to extend it.
