I pretty much have to have music on as I run, generally quite upbeat stuff though Sparklehorse has proved to be quite good for it. Sometimes I listen to podcasts as well but they'rea bit too slow paced.
Possibly my favourite band/ musician, but I wouldn't have put them down as a running soundtrack. Definitely a walking one though. The sister also reckons that repetition is essential. When she is just jogging, she listens to something less intense, like this..
