about ready to drop a load when the plane crashed..so
kate, to pass it off as hers would have to have been that
preggers when she was in cuffs on the plane..which i'm sure
the fbi guy would have mentioned to someone ("oh yeah kate's
preggers, we should still send her to jail though")

well they don't state that she fostered any kid and
there seems to be a lot of weirdness about jack
wanting to see it, ie - they seemed to be suggesting
that she's passing off the kid as her own seed, what
with the mother wanting to see it and all....why would
convict kate get to foster the kid anyway? why not
claire's family...who might be dead, i can't remember
or the people who were gonna adopt it in the first place?

well done andy, i was wonderin why kate's aul wan wanted to see it so bad, and yeah it aint likely she would be allowed foster it.

then she would keep the kid away from those nasty ones who wanted clare to bring her baby to LA on the flight and Kate could also be looked more kindly on by a jury as well for being a mother. why does jack have such a problem with the ki? dunno? maybe he dissapproves of kate taking ownership of the child.

there still remains the possibility that kate has had a child herself since and the flash forwards are very very far ahead.

remember ben was sayed's boss in it last week. maybe he sneaked off the island low profile tho. I reckon Locke, Sayer and a few other heads stayed on by choice and I reckon Claire and the others are dead

I'd say if there was one who was to be the last to get off it would be Juliette, she was dyin to go home and I'd say the writers will let her.

I hope they kill another few heads soon.
