I haven't seen series 4 in ages, and don't wanna lash a load of spoilers into the thread, but from what I can remember it has some of the most amusing scenes and some of the most powerful scenes out of the lot. Also, it conveyed realistic and awesome character development of some of the older characters. And, it managed, despite the main focus (dopey kids) to maintain its ultra cool status. As a social commentary it matches, if not exceeds its predecessors.

which series has the guy from the guy from Queer As Folk running for Mayor in it? i watched a good bit of that one on tg4 and loved it. I've just started watching the first series now.

Actually, I have not seen any of it at all at all at all apart from an interview with the writer on the dvd extras where he's giving out about people from NYC thinking they own the urban crime/drugs lifestyle but really they don't know shit anymore. Was funny.

Heard good things though.
