i have to make a formal apology on my own behalf.
i made a statement earlier on about mcd's paying of bands.
i retract my statement as it was made without knowing the true facts and was based on my own assumptions.
my points were incorrect.
it was not representative of anyone but myself.
once again i apologize.
i will not post on the matter again.

Woah! Has your earlier giving-out-about-MCD post been deleted?

Did anyone see Declan O'Rourke on telly over the weekend? He's turned into this weird curly hybrid of Red Hurley, Chris De Burgh and, er, Tommy Fleming..

he's a corkscrew curled over earnest frankenstein lookalike whose seriously doing a concept album about the famine:eek: AND he lives with paddy casey:mad: he brings shame upon the west of ireland:(

This is actually quite worrying.Do they have full-time staff scouring every music board for dissent?

It's worrying some parties think that they just have to accept the MCD pressuring routines and censor themselves...like MCD had any chance in any court with a case like this, people sharing rumours in the internets. It's just bullying, cop on and they'll go back to their drawing boards.
