wow
over 2000 signatures
statement from divine comedy

"The decision to ditch No Disco is one more nail in the coffin for credible music television," he told hotpress inbetween recording sessions for his new album. "No Disco was open-minded enough to give me TV space when nobody else would, and when I lived in London I was always envious of the folks back home who had a show of such a varied and leftfield nature. I hope that a show will come along that is equally committed to new music, but I can’t imagine one that could ever replace No Disco in my affections."

keep them coming...

like, spam everyone in yr phone with a text with the url in it. either works a treat or drives people mad.

actually, on second thoughts...

I sent an email to [email protected] and was informed that blah blah blah my concerns would be forwarded to the director of programmes etc .... I was also told that I was the 20th person to email a compaint to that address. That does not seem like very many given that there are over 1000 signatures on the petition ..... so get emailing folks !

Secondly I asked to be put in contact with whoever was responsible for this decision and was told the relevant people are Claire Duignan and Kevin Linehan. They can be emailed at [email protected].

already an article on hot press

press release is going out later. we've been waiting til we gathered statements of support and people who are willing to talk in support of the show.

i'm waiting to hear back from the 'dublin life' pro-doucher to see if we can't get on the airwaves.
i'm proud of you guys. especially dudley.
