Power was out for 21 hours. ESB thought that they'd fixed the problem at 5 past 10 last night so it wasn't till I rang to see what the story was at 11 that they knew there was still an issue

It's crazy. Certain pages cause 100% CPU usage when they load, others are 2 or 3%. And this is with apc opcode caching, mariadb on a separate server & memcache caching in front of it.
