Someone else suggested he was having a near death experience and that's what we see. Sounds like your man who makes it just loves far out drug trip bullshit instead of telling us a blaedin' story.

Just watched all of series 6 so far in about a week.

Way better than s5.

Pete is deadly in this series.

Don and roger improved on series 5.

The merger was a bit melrose place and the renaming stuff was a bit 'filler' - they woulda done that in about a minute in series 1 or 2.

It seemed a bit more 'set piece' to me than it had been before.

I think it might have been the best episode of the season so far.

I really liked the draft plot but kinda wish they'd introduced the son character better previously. The bit with his dad discussing him with Don in the bar was very good. It was somewhat obvious what Sally would find but still nonetheless kinda riveting.

Uh, what about Kenny getting shot in the face, Don descending deeper into alcoholism, Benson showing his true colours and Ted getting humiliated by Don. I think this was a great episode and they're on such a roll with Pete.
