I have to agree. The Health building is terrible. I think there is genuine fondness for it though, particularly as a lot of 'old' Dublin is being replaced.
Maybe it symbolises something , hearkening back to a time when we were poor but we were happy*

There is talk of demolishing Liberty Hall too. I would be sorry to see it go.

What would cities be like if every time a building was deemed out archaic we knocked it down?

Dundrum is grand. There's now a decent comic shop, a Butlers hot chocolate and anything I might need in an emergency (from gifts to clothes to food) within walking distance of my house. Plus it keeps most of the kids off the streets and in the centre. Win-win.

It is named 'Croke Park' now, but everyone calls it Whitey's.
