oh i went back on at christmas (as expected) BUT I've completely broken my 2 or 3 (or 5) bar a day habit. my only weakness now is the occasional creme egg.
and crisps
Going off the chocolate for the lent tomorrow. I do it every year. I drop half a stone and my skin clears up. And god loves me for it.
If pete can stay off it for the last year I can manage 6 weeks
Do you put it back on after or do you maintain the weight?
I usually keep it off until winter. And will lose a bit more in the summer once I up the hours spent on the bike. But I'm skinny enough so maybe it doesn't count.
Hey i was just thinking:
chocolate - stop eating it
exercise - do lots
see how that works out for you

cheers, I thought so.thats really useful advice.
have you any such wisdom when it comes to biscuits and crisps and pizzas and cake?
I am, I cut out a lot of junk food, the dog gets a couple of miles of a walk most days and I go running for night a week.
how do you feel now, physically and mentally?
Tired and sore much of the time, and walking with a minor limp quite often.
