Thanks Tim, your performance was a real highlight.

Estel rocked, they did exactly what I wanted them to do...come, perform, entertain...they did that and more. For those wondering about the validity of playing an Estel song for their Dublin slice, that was pre-approved and sanctioned. Who could say no to Jamie? I was delighted to have them...despite the rock, they were the most delicious things I've seen in hours!

Your wine-colored, er coloured lead was on top of some gear in front of the piano. I didn't know it was yours but they put it in our direction because the club knew it wasn't theirs. If you want I'll go over there this evening and look for it.

What a great little night that was! Big plus of such a night is if the act
is good they leave you wanting more, and if they're not, well, they'll be
finished in a few minutes.

Seemed to be an even split between straight homages and pisstake irony,
though as noted the difference was blurred in a few cases.
