there's a Steely Dan song on Pretzel logic with two drummers blasting away, Liz Phairs Fuck and Run has a lovely ping pong thing between two kits in the left and right speakers, and on Cat Powers new album Dave Grohl and some other dude have it off on He War, and its sounds flipping HUGE

it's a real interesing idea...
