I always think early January is a bad time to start trying to become healthier.
the weather isn't great, the days are short and shops are always short of vegetables for a while after Xmas.
especially stuff that comes from Spain.
finding it hard to get broccoli or courgettes at the moment.

I don't mind the smell, but it's amazing how strong it is. I can smell rice cakes off Mrs. egg_ across the room
