I haven't put burnout back in the 360 since the inital 2 week loving. Glad I didn't get rid of it though, those game modes sound cool.

Too many games to get through, I'm slowly getting through R6V, definetly trading it in for GTA IV.

Currently spending my time between getting 100% in Bully, and Everybody's Golf.

Are they all really noisy? Once I put a disk in the fan noise is really loud.

Sounds like it's working fine, unfortunately. They are pretty noisy.

Also that's not the fan making the noise, it's the DVD spining!

Some drives are louder than others. I think the Elite yokes are supposed to be quieter, but it's pot luck for the most part.

aye, the elite is a bit quieter alright, and i definitely wouldn't use the machine for watching dvds (unless you have the hd dvd drive)

BenQ drives make the least noise apparently but its down to luck whether you'll get one.

I'd trade my shitbox in for an elite in a heartbeat if i knew it was quiet.

They (Elites) are definitely quieter.

i found a pretty significant improvement over hdmi. just more vibrant or something. component does look deadly, so it's not that much of a leap, but certainly worth a 10 euro cable

Just played about 2 hours of Condemned 2 and the speed and style of the graphics has me dizzy
Deadly console.
Gonna pick up the cable tomorrow.

Got Mass Effect as part of the bundle. Not really my kind of game. Don't like those war/campaign style games.
Anyone want to swap?
