i liked the bit in saw when cary elwes goes rasher and.. well don't want to ruin it for anyone who hasn't seen it
it was the most hilarious mentaller impersonation since the guy in dreamcatcher with the split personality
but yeah.. a long way from the princess bride he has fallen

That film is amazing! What a brilliant film! It ends about five times or summit!

I saw a film with Cuba Gooding Jr and Skeet Ulrich last night on TV3... It's in my top five worst films of all time. It has the dodgiest dialogue and isn't even shit-funny. It was unbearable, but then Desperate Housewives came on... So, you know...

Chill Factor - it's not a keeper

I watched Super Size Me in its entirety

I watched Hero. I was mostly dissapointed. Beautiful yes. Exciting no. Too much of that "flying" bullshit. Too much of the sword play and no kung fu AT ALL!!!!!!
Indeed!

Jaysus, either it was really fucking boring or I was wrecked cos all I remember from seeing it is: falling asleep, having a dream about fucking off, waking up, and fucking off.

No really, Latex Lizzie's description of Hero should have been the tag-line for that film it is so accurate.
I saw the end of that Tom Cruise/Jack Nicholson army lawyer film. A Few Good Men I think it's called? YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!

I saw my first porn ( or rather the 10 minutes of I watched bemusedly
until my brain died) courtesy of bavarian telly.

what is the attraction?

I knew not to expect a plot but it wasn´t far removed from those
women posing at those muscly women competitions, except they happend
to be riding.

Also the music was something from a racing car game, every time
the sex started so would this frantic racing-knightrider music.

.

Uh, like theyre naked and stuff. Like you can see their boobies and shit. wow. boobies. uhuhuuhuh

I was listening to the radio there the other day and they had two ladies on giving out about porn, and they got Ron Jeremy on the pphone to defend the riding films. He made much more sense. And he's a bit of a dumbass.

I think it only works on boys

haha!! i should have saved the rep for this post!
theres this band called The Wet Bunnies who do a porn music, except its got that more jazzy style lounge thing going on.
the attraction clearly is boning.
although if you want a plot i recommend PlayMate of the Apes, a classic reworking of Planet of the Apes, where 2 lesbian astronauts land on the monkey planet, and one of the female monkeys (in terrible 2nd rate costume shop hire) fancies them and the male monkey also wants to get it on.
theres also a gay ape (clearly his monkey suit is pink).

comic genius.

tit(&fanny)illation for the boys.
cock(&arse)illation for the gayboys.

and porn's never been about the plot, or even the quality of the acting. in this way, and in this way alone, it resembles fair city.

debbie does dallas has the best soundtrack (ok, porn soundtrack) i've heard in a while.

Yeah, saw that the other week and have to agree with what you're saying. Much as I loved it, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon opened the way for a load of flying about the place.

Hey, I just saw The Life Aquatic there. Pretty bleedin good. Fantasy land film. Loads of gloriously unrealistic bullet dodging and over-the-top made up animals. The usual great characters of course. Well worth the watch.

Just watched 'In the Army now' on RTE. Shite, I had nothing better to do. Saw the last half-hour of Groundhog Day, what an amazing film. Too bad I missed all the best bits.
I was a millisecond away from watching it. I have a morbid compulsion to watch shit movies sometimes. to (approximately) quote bill hicks: "it's like watching a woman give birth to a flippered child in a waste basket... you gotta peek!!" then I realised I had 'night on earth' in my room! salvation! I'd never seen it before either. good, typical jarmusch I suppose. dunno if I'm that mega crazy about his movies in general, but I definitely tend to like them so that's a bonus. and I liked this a lot. I thought the second story (the new york wan) is especially good. and the first one, winona ryder was actually hot. man, I haven't thought that in YEARS. mmm, the hot-pre-shoplifter winona... sexy results. :)

Does it have the Status Quo song on the soundtrack? Please say yes (by which I mean, "I hope it is true", not "lie to me if it is not")

Not a movie as such.... I watched this:
