The ACA act is looking shaky in the supreme court if the bloggers are to be believed.
Cue fucking chaos in the election, and a big upset for Obama.

I always hated that mandate.
They should have persevered with the public option.
Yeah but it's just not a feasible option in the US.
Too much anti big-gubbinmint ideologues and too much racism.
Though the argument has been made that if the mandate fails and seeing as the GOP has no alternative plan aside from social darwinism, then the country will move inexorably to a single payer system. It'll destroy the GOP in the long term, but unfortunately Obama may be an immediate casualty.
True, but the last days questions about severability and how much of the act should survive wouldn't give much hope. This is all a big leap from oral arguments. Scotus might still throw out the objections.
They at least have to be seen to be challenging it along personal freedom lines.
Santorum's out.
This is giving me a laugh....

jane; !!!Romney is gullible to the worst extent. Unfortunately most Americans are as well.
Obviously, I couldn't agree with you less...why is it so many people around the world are bankrupt by socialized medicine (as I was told when I was in Canada just a couple of weeks ago) and why is it so many from around the world come to the U.S. for treatment? Why is it that it seems that so many think health care is some kind of "right"? It's nothing short of STUPID!
