I loved that episode. You can learn or gleam a lot in the details of their conversation. Marty had a few good lines this week:

I've been watching that from the start in the last few months. Really hit its stride in season 3 and 4. Boyd is a great character.

That's just it. How can there be truth in anything as insubstantial as a feeling? Truth is in the absence of feeling. Only when we're truly anaesthetised to the clamour of our own emotions can we coldly look upon truth, and recognise its horrible beauty.
