Whats the story,how many did ya manage in the max test?

I banged out my second set of the day after my lunch..tbh it was even easier than the first..I was tempted to keep going.But I'm gonna stick with the programme.

I'm loving having a programme to follow,cos I was all over the gaf before hand..doing a load and then collapsing.

I'm already feeling the benefits after a week though,even unorganised..energy levels are way up and theres non stop tunes popping into my head.The auld brain is defo getting enough oxygen and all that good stuff

Jazes..they look a bit too advanced for me tbh...maybe in a year or two!

I'll be super happy if I can bang out 100 regular ones in a day,for now
 
Thats me done..DAY 1 ..in the bag!

At this stage I don't know how realistic it is that I'll be able to +1 rep per set every day.I'd be amazed if I can do 4 sets of 8 in 4 days time

I was up doing my first set at 9am.Was grand.But I reckon there'll defo have to be rest days involved...maybe tomorrow
 
this proper style of pushup is poxy hard.
Its fucking brilliant.My stomach is already getting tighter.

My arms were a bit rubbery after doing 6 this morning..they're ok now..

Combined with my current eating plan the blubber is flying off me..still a long way to go but I'm in no hurry.I'm all about enjoying the process theses days

I call the plan.."Don't Be A Big Greedy Pig Gary You Big Tub Of LArd Diet"

Fecvk it I couldnt resist it..just dropped down and did a set of 7..which is what I'm on today..and it was alright!Feel great after it.

Maybe no day off after all
 
Bollox, I'm doing them all wrong.
I'm glad to say I was doing them right all along cos I sussed it out back in 2011.I feel fucking great ..Zen and the art of push ups is where its at

How many proper ones can you do Anto?
