If this turns into a load of people bragging about how many miles they ran or a discussion on crossfit training, whatever that is, I will be most displeased.
 
Why not shorten the challenge to 29 days? Get a load of practise in between now and February then start on the 1st and see if we can reach the hundred mark by the 29th?

I'm going Lewis Collins on this.
Well..truth be told..I need to take her handy cos I'm getting on and am woeful outta shape altogether..otherwise I would be hopping round the gaf like a jack in the box.
As I've been doing a few through the week I'm starting on Day2 tomorrow ..which means 4 sets of 50%(of my current max which is 8)+1 ..and the corresponding plank.

We check in at the end of each day and report progress!

We be fucking ripped to shreds by summer
