Hiya
Haven't listened to any new music in sometime and I'm getting bored with what I've got.
Any suggestions for stuff to listen to?

I just picked up one of the volumes of Alan Lomax's Southern Journeys series, from the archives he made of early American music in 1959. It's fucking incredible stuff. I had been bored with music, too, but now this makes me really happy.

Fucking beautiful stuff!

Here's some stuff that's currently making my feet go tappa-tappa-tappa. Some old....some new....

Townes Van Zandt: Live at the Old Quarter
Glen Campbell: The Definitive
The Books: Thought For Food
John Stewart: California Bloodlines
Antony & the johnsons: I Am A Bird Now
Isis: Panopticon
Richard & Linda Thompson: I Want to See The Bright Lights Tonight
Abyssinian Baptist Gospel Choir: Shakin The Rafters

Not yet, but it's on my To Do List. I actually can't wait to watch it. Pantone, you should definitely check out John Stewart (California Bloodline).

It's a little patchy but when it's good it's absolutely marvellous. The title track is one of their finest moments.
