1. I am informed that Minnesota law allows for a secret will that won't be released until a death cert is issued.

2. What kind of person anything... Prince. Prince is that kind of person. Dude couldn't plan a gig more than a week before it happened, it wouldn't be in the least bit surprising if he didn't have a will.

3. Personally I'd prefer if they burnt the entire vault of music to the fucking ground rather than going Tupac/MJ on this with posthumous duets and the like. Leave the bootlegs to those of us who care enough to go looking.
