finally got to see this last month, so glad it lived up to my expectations that thumped had set up for me.
the dog shoulda won best supporting swimmer.
sound editing and photography were class (coens did a soderbergh and edited it themselves),
that scene at dawn where Llewelyn is being chased over the horizon and to the water scared the shit outta me.

i :heart: this movie. such an intense otherworldly atmosphere. fave bit is when moss is being chased by the truck and you see a flash of lightning miles in the distance. probably added post production but it was just one of those beautiful little coen brothers touches. cast was poifect too.

FINALLY got to watch it. it was as close as i could have expected to the book; which is very much a compliment.
