new liverpool thread - everyone loves them (4 Viewers)

sold!
not a leveraged buy out (we're told)
thanks to H&G for increasing the revenue - now fuck off
we'll actually use it to buy a few fucking players

statler and waldorf stand to lose a substantial amount of money on this sale, which merely sweetens the deal.
adios, you pair of cunts. thanks for nando.

Broughton reckons it's could be signed and sealed this time next week. The man has definitely come up trumps if this all goes to plan, also he had a nice sly dig at H&G on sky sports earlier. Rumours that NESV, if the sale goes through, are looking to redevelop anfield rather than build a new stadium, which is similar to what they done with the red sox were they basically added a load of expensive seats which increased income suffciently. That could prove to be a very popular decision.

looks like they're going to lose the £144m they 'loaned' the club themselves. amazing!
the idea of someone coming in to run the club along the red sox model - basically similar to the arsenal model - is pretty much the best possible solution. not beholden to some oil rich sultan or the fucking chinese government or some crook on the run from putin. nice one.

we love a false dawn around here, don't we? anything has to better than those two gougers, but i'll reserve judgment. still, it's probably good we're in the bottom 3, they can't pretend for a second that the squad doesn't need a drastic overhaul.

it gets better. kuyt out for "very long time". things are looking up.
You're mental. You've no team and you're glad to be without of the one lad in midfield that actually puts the work in ? You've no idea about mid table battling do you ?

Fair play on the sale lads. Wish someone would buy us what with our debt being miniscule and the club being run properly and all. Fuck sake.

It make make sense if you think that the deeper into the shit they go now, the more money has to be pumped in in January for extraction from the shit, so better long term (assuming non-cowboys taking over). Other than that, can't see Kuyt being out as a good thing.

jesus, have you seen kuyt recently? everytime the ball gets passed up to him, his first touch takes it twenty yards back to his own goal. he's been particularly gash this season. although, he's hardly alone.

It might be a good thing although i'm not happy to see Dirk injured. Move Carra rb and push Johnson into rmf, I think that would improve us at the back and going forward. It won't happen this wkend though with Agger injured and Skrtel suspended.

Well it looks like this is going to hold up the sale going through, hopefully not for long though. I can't see how any american court would have jurisdiction in this case?

NESV and RBS do business in Texas, Hicks lives in Texas and runs his business out of there. He's accusing them of doing damage to a Texas based corporation and there's jusrisdiction based on that.
