Minor complaints thread (1 Viewer)

I got to bed before midnight, and asleep before 1am, for the first time in almost 18 months last night.

Get more exercise?

possibly, i walk at least 6km a day as it is. Think it's a number of factors: smoking before bed, playing computer games in bed, going to bed at 2.30am, few personal issues, should probably close my window.

Got to bed after 6am i reckon

Midlife crises are great crack altogether. But you need your sleep.
Doing a masters degree so am only up at 9.30 a few times a week. But yeah should probably be taking more care of myself


Got a motorcycle yet?

nah i hate motorbikes, although i did sell a guitar last week and bought plane tickets to NYC to see Podge and the lads play over there which is objectively equally desperate.

Everyone's different, but that would personally concern me.

I bought an alarm clock, just so I would be able to have something in the room other than my phone for checking the time.
I leave the laptop and phone outside my bedroom now.
And i use earplugs.

Sleep has become my drug of choice.
