I'm posting this from Simplicity Linux.
Super light because it's based on puppy linux, but with a slicker desktop environment (it uses LXDE) http://simplicitylinux.org/

Comes with the following already installed:
Firefox
Dropbox
LIbreOffice
Skype
VLC Media PLayer
Transmission BitTorrent client

and of course a shit-ton of other stuff.

Spotify didn't work in Firefox, but Deezer does.
You can use Online Image Editor | Pixlr Express | Autodesk Pixlr online for basic image editing.
Netflix doesn't work (for me at least - I see some people with it on their desktop)
Youtube works

Checked out PInguy during the week. Seems pretty good all rounder that works on all the (non-sliverlight!) sites you'd want it to. Seems to use Wine pretty good too.
