€2 each way on the leap card now, in fairness

As it should be. An equivalent journey round where I live would be more than that.

I could go on a rant about urban sprawl.

Since I'm not returning to Maynooth, I left my ticket on the ticket machine at Connolly. Hopefully someone will find and use it.

same ones are used in australia.

Yeah if you get 2 or 3 of them at a junction on a quiet night you get cool polyrhythms.

I had that idea years ago pfffffff.

And if I had it, no doubt loads of other people have done this already.
She acts like no one could have sampled anything in real life before.
Also she seems interruptive and annoying

Also they're not 'manic', they're for blind people to hear. Idiots

I don't know why it's returned to my mind, but I did have to visit a house which is on the floodplains of the Shannon.

Literally miles of open water with sad looking hedges here and there. I'm sure the road was somehow below the waterline.

Shur no one even put cattle here last summer. Said dad.

Only a bit away from where I grew up, and yet I'd never seen it. Not like that anyway. It looked like the Dead Marshes from LOTR, but dangerouser. Lighting little candles of our own.

And what did I see when we drove out of there? A shit looking housing estate of course.
