Herbal Teas (1 Viewer)

theres a place on berekeley st, of all places, called The Organic Flower Power Tea Rooms where you can sit and sip a nice pot of all sorts of tea. its a bit of an ordeal trying to decide which sort of tea to have as there are so many to choose from and you will have to sniff dozens of glass jar lids. the decor is also a little questionable but overall the place is pleasantly curious. its the kinda place squares with bohemian inclinations might go.

That looks like HEAVEN!! I am obsessed with tea. The Palais de Thés on Wicklow st does really top class teas but they're not cheap.
I love the Heath & Heather range; Clipper teas (their white with raspberry, holy crap); pukka teas are nice too.
Marks and Spencer ginger and lemon tea is soooo nice.
Chop an inch of ginger up and put it in a pot of boiled water = fresh ginger tea :)

White tea has the lowest amount of caffeine, then green tea, then black tea. So a little white tea might be OK if you do want some caffeine, but it won't have you buzzing.

Herbal teas are a good, healthy, alternative beverage if you are trying to cut caffeine, coffee or soda out of your diet. There are many varieties to choose from and some herbals teas even offer specific health benefits. If you have a garden, you can grow your own herbs to make herbal tea inexpensively at home. Some of the best herbal teas can be found at trentonteas.com. Cheers!
