chewing gum is good for resisting the urge to eat something, and sipping water too. theyre not nearly as satisfying as eating biscuits but they work as a distraction.

I've battled with biscuits but its my teeth and diabetes I worry about rather than me weight
 
It's not really home that's the problem, it's work. 3 or 4 bars a day wouldn't be unusual, plus a couple of bottles of pepsi & some crisps too. not cool. Tasty buh.
 
I didn't eat breakfast for years, but started a month or two back. When it made no difference to my pre-work junk intake I knew there was a problem.

i've had a constant, low level headache since yesterday morning. this sucks.
