got 2 jairs and a bottle of the red wine vinegar for the birthday recently. got the green pepper and the Pommery. Sausages and mustard are a match made in heaven. fookin deeelish

here a nice salad dressing with mustard, i like it with a crispy leaf as it quiet smoth and creamy.
6 tbs ollive oil, 2 tbs Djion, 2 tbs red wine vinegar, 1 tsp salt and ground pepper, mix, done. will last in the fridge for a week.

The mustard in France is only massive. Plus it comes in all these fancy glasses, like wine glasses with lids full of mustard. They do it in tumblers and that jazz too, similar to nutella, but better.

I meet my brother for a lunchtime toasty once a week. We bring our own (Lakeshore strong Irish) mustard with us because we don't like the sachets of Helmans mustard. I bought the jar for my brother on his birthday on November 6th and we're just about finished now. 4 and a half months.
