can anyone think of a program that you can scan a pic into a cpu then kinda alter the colours or edit it so it looks like its been drawn or something? kinda like taking a colour/black and white pic and then clicking a button and all the lines turn either one colour or the other. does his make any sense to anyone....
the answer is probably fucking photoshop but im a bit slow on the aul computer and any tips would b greatly appreciated.

you just want like 2 colours like a photocopy/stencil? or just the outlines of an image like the cover of those old school copy books with the gaa players and swimmers and shit?

you can do this shit in other stuff too like paint shop pro or whatever
i'd just use photoshop

A lot of scanner software lets you scan things in as a line drawing. Look for that.

Wouldn't they have all those sorts of programs on your college computers? In the applications section or something...
You could always go to UCD or go into town, go to 2nd floor of UCD building at Earlsfort Terrace, get my number and password and use it there... .|..|

photoshop gets boring really quickly and the effect you want comes out pretty shit usually imho.having said that I've a coupla spare copies if anyone wants it
