Have had a problem with my cab that's been getting progressively worse over time. At any decent volume there's an irritating buzz. Speakers are all fine, I brought it for a service to Jimis guitar shop, who could hear but not identify the problem. I've a feeling there's a crack in the frame somewhere, and indeed I can see in the body where a screw has been over tightened and done some slight damage. I do think though that that damage has always been there, I just can't identify any other possible cause.

Anyway, so Jimis couldn't fix it, and Aladdins amps reckoned it was beyond their remit too. Will try Martin Nolan but I've a feeling I'll get the same response. Any ideas of any other cab/amp specialists I could try??

If it's a problem with the frame,I'm presuming it's wood? Maybe a joiner would be better? Any of the amp repair types are gonna presumably be more along the electric side of things.

Dis-assemble it carefully yourself and reassemble using ALIPHATIC resin(can be obtained at model shops, its the glue used on model aircraft wings).

also dont rule out taking out the suspect screw, filling the hole with wood glue and putting the screw back in. it will wipe off handy.

Hey Dudley,I have a big bottle of it,I'll post you some if you have trouble finding it.I got it off yer man on Tara street. Its the UBER wood glue.

I magine how strong it must be to hold airplane wings on.I got it to fix Conzo's SG which I never did.
