Thye've already started providing facilities for chuggers & viggers (victims of charity muggings) where I come from. "Chuggers Out" slogans litter the walls and picket fences.

The divide is almost complete and I had lost all hope until one day I bunked off work and me and Chugger Jim went down to the Camac river in Inchicore and we tied string to our toes and fished all day and we just talked and talked and we realised that the problem isnt people with money or people asking for money for people with no money, it's people with no money that's tearing society apart.

I was just back in Ireland there during the week.
I didnt think there was more begging people out and around.
Less if anything. There are a lot less Roma Gypsies begging. Loads less.
What happened to all them?
They seemed to arrive very quickly. I suppose they fucked off?
More Chuggers though. A good few more of them.
Do you notice that boy chuggers only go for girls, and vice verca?

there's a 'dont talk to me chugger' glance you have to make on your approach. the Chugger Gauntlet, aka outside tower and brown thomas, is always a tough one.

Chuggers are annoying but they're not stupid. Mace one and the rest back off instantly. I have submitted a proposal to Dublin City Council that mace vending machines be installed either end of that Tower-Brown Thomas stretch.
