no, deffo not. Another thing that occurred to me recently was how expensive music has always been. Like, if I look at some old vinyl I got back in 1987 theres a pricetag around 7.50 old punts. Convert that to euro and thats about a tenner. Now convert that to what that might be worth 17 years later and I reckon we're talking 40 euro. A bit mad really.

(sorry thats not got anything to do with anything)

27 years later my friend.

You were on Napster in 1997? Trailblazing. It wasn't released until 1999.

By the way, go to an Avicii gig and tell me kids aren't getting the same buzz we did.
Me numBers might be a bit skewwed

Tell me..is this Avicci fella a good player?

Would he be as good as Ritchie Blackmoor?

You see thats it.

You can't say fuck all and some cunt is calling you Victor Fucking Meldrew.

Theres a whole world beyond yer snarky google images searchs.

Music has been devalued, which also means it's been democratised.

Gaz had 400 albums or whatever it was. Now every kid with a phone has 4,000,000 albums.

These are the kids that eat drink and sleep it.

Music will be fine. It's a basic human want.

Music as we knew it is fucked.

The internet is definitely a great thing for the music fan, not so great for the artist, financially anyway. Everyone thought it would be great, bypass the record companies and make more money per sale, but the majority of people don't want to pay for music.

It's not something that people will pay for anymore. That day is gone.

It is as it's always been. If you're good enough, work hard enough and get super fucking lucky, you can make it.
