1) Which package would be the best to get? (Elite, Premium etc)
2) Where has the best package deals? Online or the high street?
3) What size telly do I need to play it proper?
4) What games should I get with it? (Both bundle and get straight away
5) Ill have no broadband access for it until January, that ok?

1. Premium.
2. High Street.
3. I use a 26" which i get by with. 32" and up would be ideal though.
4. What type of games are you interested in?
5. Ah yeah. You won't be able to get console updates though, these arent critical but they add functionality.

Played the Bioshock demo today on my friends 360 (mine still not back from wherever it's being fixed). It's really good. Beautiful looking and the art direction is just unbelievable.

Also played the Beautiful Katamari demo which is ridiculously addictive.

its seems pretty split at the moment. I bet it will just end up being both formats on dual playing machines

I've got blu-ray and HD-DVD and theres no noticeable difference between them picture wise, Blu rays are more expensive however.

I can see both formats surviving independantly for a good few years yet.

The best thing for the consumer would be a hybrid player but no doubt there'll be a huge drawn out contractual scrap over that.
