Nah its in-game points that you win in races, then use to buy upgrades and new cars with.

No, career points.

Its similar to Ebay. Each car has a current bid, time left and buy out price.

Sellers gain reputation for either cool decal designs or really good car setups. This gives them a greater bargaining power.

For example a Ferrari F50, tuned to perfection with a cool complex design would cost a fortune.

Sellers also have the option to keep their expert setups on a car secret when they sell them on to protect their intellectual property. It sounds more complicated than it actually is.

Any of your cars can also be given as free gifts to anyone on your friends list.

the designs car be locked/unlocked to a car. So you can sell someone a car with a cool design and they can take it and put it on different cars as well. If unlocked. So who is making a thumped one ?
