odd question but does anyone know the world's current ten poorest countries? when i try search engines about twenty come up ...

culturally speaking i would say america.
economically i would guess on eof the smaller african ones based on gdp per capita, in europe its albania

Malawi
Burundi
Niger
Ethiopia
Mozambique
Guinea-Bissau
Dem. Rep. of Congo

Although that includes No.11 as well and I couldn't find out what order its meant to be in.

I was in Morocco 3 years ago. Lovely mint tea and hash. The poorest place I've seen was Siem Reap in Cambodia where people were living in wooden huts on stilts so it wouldnt get washed away in a storm. They were a happy bunch though and very friendly. Michigan has a worse infant mortality rate than Libya. Hows that for a fact? I'm smart, me.
