I had lettuce, guacamole & cheese sandwhiches, for the record.

Hashed up some pork shoulder with a scrambled egg and smoked paprika.
Chicken parm for lunch.
Ordering lamb for dinner right now.
Lots of coffee all day.

I don't snack.

Start lifting weights, aim for reps of between 6-10 reps and 3-6 sets per exercise.

Concentrate on the larger muscle groups and hit the big lifts like the squat, chin ups/lat pull down, deadlifts, bench press and overhead press.

STOP DOING CARDIO, you do not need it.

Preferably, there should be no screen time for 2-3 hours before bed.

I don't see the point.

I usually get a large popcorn and water at the cinema and they’re almost always gone by the time the film starts. I meant watching at home. I like an ‘oul crisp when I’m watching a flick at home.
