I'm going to blankly assume that similar to mc donalds having a child company called '100% chicken nuggets" the retailers have a child company called 'fairtrade'.

just made this. i would put on clove less garlic in it than they say of i do it again.

How did you find the flavour of the pesto?
Also, are all stingy-nettley-weed-things the same?
There's a field at the back of the mammy-in-laws that's full of these 3 & 4 foot high nettle type things.
I assume they'd be grand, yeah?
