What company would you recommend? (for a music/band based website)

depends on what kinda space and shit your looking for theres Irish based hosts such as www.blacknight.ie and www.hosting365.ie but they are a tad bit pricey personally I use www.globat.com they're in the US so people get an ever slightly slower connection to your website but you get 10GB of space and loads of bandwidth compared to the 250MB that most Irish ones offer you and for pretty much the same price as well if not cheaper.

i have 6 different websites all hosted with globat and they is the shiznezz in my book

I think hosting365.ie are really really good. Their basic package is 9.95 per month but you can host 4 or 5 domains on that as far as I remember .....

There's probably cheaper out there but:

- it works
- its easy to use
- you can ring them up and talk to them and they actually listen and fix things for you if they can ....

I have been with some awful web hosting companies. Often you sign up for one and then a year later they are bought over by someone else and then you're fucked
