I'm reading a book on the 1916 Rising. I never did history in school so never knew this stuff. But basically most of the people involved in the Rising were morons. Those that weren't got stuff named after them. Like Heuston station.

thats true from what i know, but someone who knows better might correct me. i was thinking though if dublin in the 1960's - 70's was experiencing the civil rights deficit that was happening up north, i cant imagine the dubs standing down.
