Any one here a fan?

I bought the first lp-"Jeopardy" yesterday on the strength of talk on another board. Can't believe how good it is,of course,used to see the records around a lot but never do now,as is usually the case. The name Adrian Borland was familiar to me as well but i don't know why.

From The Lion's Mouth, the second one, is an amazing album. I first heard of The Sound after seeing a clip of them on one of those Whistle Test compilation shows playing 'Sense of Purpose' and Borland was so intense, like prime-era Bob Mould, I had to find out who they were. So sad what happened to him, but at least he left a legacy that people can still enjoy.
