Worst date ever was with a friend of a friend of a friend, who I'd drunkenly met one night and agreed to go out with because I was on the rebound and he looked cute. a few days later and it turned out that he was not cute, he was boring and weird and he actually said "I don't have any interest in music, I mean I've never bought an album or anything, but it's not as if you know anything about golf or rugby." We went to see 'The Recruit' and he didn't "get it". I made my excuses to leave early and hopped on the first bus that went by and ended up in Ongar or somewhere. Terrible.

well my worst ever 'date' was a real american 'date'.

on holiday in the states, mum and her friend decide to set up a (can't remember, but young teenage years) year old La La with not-so-hot jock/dork who wore deck shoes and no socks and his jeans were too short.
i had never been on a 'date' before and would rather have shaved my eyeballs than sit watching Face Off and him yawning and streching to put his arm around me.
